I had the excellent experience of working at this wonderful center, even though I had to leave because I had to move to another city for a while.

In this role, I served as a lead teacher's assistant.

While working, I began my studies and training to become a preschool teacher; I started as a preschool assistant and later became a lead teacher, a role in which I gained all my experience:

• Supported classroom activities to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes. Assisted teachers in maintaining a positive learning environment. Facilitated communication between educators and students to promote understanding.
• Assisted in creating structured lesson plans to support student learning objectives. Collaborated with educators to develop engaging lesson materials for diverse learners. Supported classroom activities through effective lesson organization and preparation.
• Designed and implemented comprehensive curriculum frameworks to enhance educational outcomes.
• Oversaw programs designed to enhance children's cognitive and social skills by integrating play-based learning. Championed initiatives promoting holistic child development in collaboration with educators and parents. Coordinated resources to create engaging and educational experiences for children.
• Implemented developmentally appropriate practices to enhance learning outcomes.
• Provided constructive feedback and support to foster a collaborative work environment.
