-Instruct new drivers in the Class A and Class B training process on the CDL test, doubles training and introducing both DOT and company policy through the driver development program for Fedex Freight.

-Conduct employee meetings on company policy and various safety topics.

-Co-Facilitate new instructors on job requirements, computer education and duties.

-Assist in various field activities such as "Brake, Lights, Tire" safety checks and "Mirror Check and Credential Checks" for drivers.

-Conduct post accident driver rides for drivers that have had preventable accidents.

- Conduct new driver road tests for new hires to the company.

- Participate in cross OPCO training for new drivers.

- Travel to conduct training.

- Facilitate the permitting process for Long Combination Vehicles for the company across the Ohio, Indiana, and New York turnpikes.

- Instruct and Test drivers in Long Combination Vehicles.
