Additional Information

I have had the pleasure of personally working with the current personnel data system team at Keesler. I collaborated with Mr. Yoho and finance and we were able to restart a weekly Transaction Register meeting. We were able to reduce overdue tickets by 30%. As the 81st Force Support Squadron Superintendent I ran the monthly in-house training program for Keesler Command Support Units. Working with the local personnel data system, we identified some training issues and added the team as part of the monthly training to assist those that need assistance. Lastly, I assisted the local personnel data team with implementing and training the brand new transaction register data base. I believe with my personnel knowledge and already having a two year relationship with the current team and leadership that I would be a great fit to join the team.
