Planner
AT&T
11.2022 - 09.2023
Researched and assigned routes for all new fiber optic placement in Northwest Arkansas and Forth Smith / Van Buren for engineering to draw the jobs that are sent to construction for fiber placement.
I assigned all of the fibers for all ASE orders and kept inventory of the fibers that were used or defective so the orders would flow smoothly from placement to turn up.
I worked with the engineers and splicing / placing managers to overcome any roadblocks that involved fiber splicing / placing.
Engineer
AT&T
11.2012 - 11.2022
Designed all new fiber and copper construction for new subdivisions, backbone projects, new business and ASE projects for all of NWA using OPTI and ARAMIS / WALDO.
I was part of the implementation of ARAMIS / WALDO so I am well versed in interpreting AT&T work prints and catching potential roadblocks before construction work begins and also understanding the scope of each job so they flow smoothly once they are issued to the field crews.
I am very familiar with all of the fiber routes in NWA in all of the cities and rural areas.
Splicing Manager / LCE
AT&T
01.2004 - 11.2012
I was the splicing manager for all of the FTTN project in NWA / Fort Smith / Van Buren and Springfield MO. I had up to 55 technicians under me during this build. I also helped with the placing of VRADS for this build.
I was loaned to Joplin MO for 1.5 years after the F5 tornado went through. I was in charge of all splicing and a big portion of the placing to restore service to the city of Joplin.
I was instrumental in the testing phase of the FTTN build and developed some of the practices that were adopted in all of the Southwest region.
