SCOTT TEDFORD

Brewerton,NY

Summary

My current, and most recent role at Schneider, has helped me develop & refine social skills that are not as common amongst all generations. I now provide Schneider Packaging with a detail-oriented Manufacturing Manager with 4 years of hands-on Schneider Packaging equipment machine manufacturing, part fabrication and equipment assembly experience. Dedicated to providing comprehensive, positive and optimistically presented team leadership methods.

I am well-versed in streamlining processes and cutting costs without sacrificing quality. Knowledgeable of parts and services that Schneider currently offers and methods used for developing and providing a quality product.

I believe my ability to identify profitable opportunities along with the methods and materials required to develop them, will benefit in supporting the teams overall revenue goals. I am excited about venturing into a new role and aspect of our organization with intentions of achieving departmental / personal growth. I look forward and hope to have more of a direct impact on the targeted revenue goals and financial growth of the after market & service department.
