• Performing bumper to bumper vehicle repairs
• ADAS calibrations and diagnostics
• Heavy electrical diagnostics
• Software diagnostics utilizing in house tools and other software such as Canalizer and notepad++
• Perform over the air updates

• Utilizing a PICO Scope to read electrical sign wave patterns for diagnostics
• Performing cross-functional assistance with other teams
• Assisting with front of house service operations like road tests and customer education

• Maintaining an operating my field service vehicle
• Going to customer locations
• Performing Diagnostics and repair on varying types of Industrial cleaning equipment that utilize internal combustion engines, hydraulics, and electrical systems.

• Collaborate with other technicians for larger jobs
