Eagle Scout
For my Eagle Scout project I organized a book drive at my Church to collect books for Literacy KC's library. I led a group of Scouts by giving them a map to deliver fliers with a pickup date around the neighborhood, and then we collected them the week following. In total, we collected aaround 1,500 books to almost completely fill their library. Once they were all collected, we brought them down and helped organize them by reading level and genre.
