  • Created "experiences of a lifetime" in accordance with the brand guidelines.
  • Acted as Shift Lead for Outside Operations, responsible for over 90 check-ins daily, spanning 135 rooms across property.
  • Caddied for Resort Guests to provide course knowledge and service equal to our Top-100 ranking.
  • Acted as Course Greeter, assisting the Starter and Golf Shop to ensure accurate billing/rectification of $48,000 of daily tee time revenue.
  • Assisted our Head Professional with evacuating 4 golf courses spanning 800 acres during severe weather delays.

  • Maintaining a clean and organized bag room consisting of 250 bags, and being able to deliver up to two bags to the right location in a timely manner
