Organize and oversee the training of new teams for over 110 New Restaurant Openings in 3 countries and 16 states including leading the training of locations in new markets Calgary, Alberta and Kuwait City, Kuwait
Implement corporate training systems to ensure policies and procedures are followed fully in the new restaurant and the team is prepared to provide an excellent Guest Experience from Day 1
Plan and coordinate New Restaurant Openings through cross functional partnerships with Operations, Real Estate, Construction, Marketing, IT, and more, helping keep all parties aligned at all milestones leading up to the new site
