• Provide sales and service for our members with a wide variety of consumer lending, personal savings and checking, and deposit account products
• Responsible for collecting and tracking needed documents for processing across a large number of simultaneously active member requests
• Also provide call center support

Working in the customer service call center. Responsibilities include handling customer inquiries related to banking and loan products and cross-selling said products

• Started prior to 12 month remodel that led to downturn in business and changeover in staff.
• Only new hire to hit required numbers and remain employed during remodel.
• Shared product knowledge with customers while making personal recommendations.
• Maintained friendly and professional customer interactions.
• Attended multiple training seminars to better learn how to sell bedding and warranties.
