Assist in ordering and sending out supplies to the gaming offices in our area.

Collect data and add to spreadsheets to balance such data using Excel, Word and Outlook.

Assist in making sure tribal vehicles are serviced and mileage logs are kept and electronically filed.

Assist with front desk duties, including collecting appropriate information to

add to system in order for associates to obtain and renew gaming licenses.

Assist with building maintenance .

Assist with sending invoices to finance.

Help coordinate office events, including special holiday events.

• Job duties: Administer covid vaccines, count and label medication, input data in rx sig format as well as interpret doctor directions and calculate day supply and formulas, perform customer service including answering phone calls and cashier duties, check in drug order as well as manage inventory, i.e
• Order drugs and supplies as needed for services provided and processing out of date drugs to return.

• Job duties: Screen patients for benefits they may be eligible for, check multiple site for private insurance and soonercare, enroll them in soonercare after screening and they qualify, enroll patients in special programs they may qualify for, filing and scanning charts
