Started Mesquite broiled Seafood Restaurant in Thousand Oaks, We started this with 4 partners. one partner had a seafood marker in ventura, other partner owned a equipment company also in ventura. Third partner was money man who just sold his restaurant in ventura. My job was running the location was at 105 Brazil St. in Thousand oaks. Our plan was to build a small chain of seafood restaurants. This location was opened for 2 years and sales averaged $1.25 millions.
our second location was in HUNTING BEACH, CA. on beach blvd. After 2 years with sales ahead of Thousand Oaks, we opened our third Location in CANOGA PARK,CA. on CANOGA Ave. Each location had a fish market where we sold seafood to our customers and they could see the quality of our seafood. With three restaurant open and doing very well we decided to open a Office in AGOURA HILL, CA. in this location we installed two walk-in refer. and a freezer so we can control all our seafood and supplies. We would portion all of our fish and our soups and on a Seven day deliver to each location. We had partner problems and we made plans to sell the
Restaurants in 2012 and closed our office in Agoura Hills.
