• I work on restoration projects both commercial and residential for fire, water, and storm damage.
• I stepped into a supervising role for the contents department of Jenkins, where we transport the contents of homes and commercial buildings into a warehouse so a mitigation/ demo crew can come in after us.
• Packing boxes, wrapping furniture, and carrying heavy items up to hundreds of pounds with a team are all apart of the job, daily.
• I am the main box truck driver for the department. Trucks are anywhere from 16' to 26' long. I am also one of the few forklift certified employees at Jenkins
• I do crossover work into the mitigation department, and those jobs can range from boarding and tarping up roofs from fire jobs (when a FD needs to ventilate house fires), installing insulation into crawlspace ceilings, to mitigating water from a house with flooding or storm damage.
• When i am supervising the subcontractors, it can be up to five people I'm supervising at a time.
• All of the subcontractors speak Spanish, so my language skills have improved immensely.
• I interact with a variety of different homeowners every day. Depending on the situation they could be either cheery, stressed, particular, or upset, and I have been able to work in every situation and figure out solutions efficiently.

• Provided excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and answering questions.
• Prepared specialty coffee beverages, craft beer, cocktails, and wine.
• Maintained a clean work environment by wiping down surfaces and equipment, restocking supplies, and cleaning dishes.
• Assisted in training new baristas and bartenders on proper preparation techniques for espresso-based beverages and alcohol.
• Managed cash register operations efficiently including accurate change making and daily deposits.
• Responded promptly to customer complaints or special requests in a courteous manner.
• Contributed positively towards team efforts by assisting fellow baristas whenever needed.

• Assisted in the loading and unloading of supplies and materials from trucks and areas in warehouse using forklift.
• On a consistent basis, transported and organized heavy supply and equipment by hand in the throughout the warehouse.
• Maintained accurate records of all inventory movements including deliveries, receipts and shipments.
• Routinely performed safety and fire checks around the warehouse and workers' stations.
• Performed daily maintenance checks on forklifts to ensure optimal performance.
• Organized shelves and racks for efficient retrieval during order fulfillment process whilst lifting objects up to 60 lbs.

• Regularly cleaned out gutters and rooftops of 2-4 story apartment buildings using backpack blowers.
• Performed various types of maintenance and repair in apartment rooms.
• Followed safety protocols to avoid job site accidents and damage to property.

• Operated lawn mowers, weed trimmers, leaf blowers, and other tools.
• Assisted in the planting of trees, shrubs, flowers, and other vegetation.
• Painted farm fences.
• Performed various odd jobs around the property.

• Traveled to Indonesia and Thailand for 3 months after a 3 month training phase in Lynden, WA.
• Organized, led, and assisted with numerous outdoor/ manual labor projects in Indonesia.
• Conducted research on international cultures, customs, and religions to ensure effective ministry outreach.
• Assisted with the construction of outhouses in mountain villages.
• Organized and led weekly children's Bible studies in Indonesia.
• Publicly spoke to school and church congregations and taught messages about the Bible.

• Unloaded pallets of dog food, chicken feed, and other various items relating to pets and farm care.
