Emilee "Selkie" Piepiora

I was a volunteer administrator for an online gaming guild of over 2k members, helping with day-to-day management of the community, as well as running events, training new moderators, making graphics, managing membership, assisting members, and helping with conflict resolution.

Some notable experiences:

• Organized and ran up to 4 online events a week
• Trained new moderators and acted as liaison between the guild moderators and guild leadership
• Recordkeeping and membership management
• Advertising the guild in online spaces
• Creating graphics and writing announcements
• Spending time in voice and text chats as a moderator and to assist members as needed
• Assisted in conflict resolution, specifically gathering and compiling information and records of member behavior for review by guild leadership

I worked on multiple radio productions through the Arkansas Tech theatre department. I served as narrator for several original recordings for radio, as well as two episodes of the Concealed Carrie: Diamond State Crime Fighter series produced by the university.

I acted as an assistant stage manager for a student run show while at Arkansas Tech.

I wrote and performed a weekly radio show on my university radio station as a part of my Journalism major.

I was a news reporter/journalist for my school news my Freshman and Sophomore years of high school.

• Wrote and edited scripts for the daily school news, as well as spotlights for the website as a Sophomore
