Answer inbound service calls and guide customer step by step using solution flow. Must have the ability to communicate questions and analyze findings to customer in order to identify solutions thru flow process. Properly educate the customer on service status and solutions in accordance with guidelines. Follow flow for outbound calls as assigned.
