- I am currently employed as a Systems Service Representative as a field technician at IBM working on a variety of IBM hardware products such as IBMz Mainframe, IBM Power Systems, IBM Storage and also IBM TS3500 and TS4500 Tape Library. I also handle hardware for our multi-vendors products such as Cisco routers and switches, Lenovo Servers such as ThinkSystems and ThinkServers, NetApp, Brocade, etc. I'm trained and/or certified on these products and have been working for IBM for the past 10 years. I'm looking to expand my desire to work for a company to further my experience and to learn new technology.
