Managed all aspects of maintenance operations for one of our newly constructed senior living communities during lease-up and stabilization. Participated in the owner punch process, working closely with our construction team to identify and resolve deficiencies prior to turnover. Oversaw work order completion, preventative maintenance, unit turns, vendor management, capital projects, and supervision of maintenance/cleaning staff. Maintained HVAC, plumbing, pool/spa, electrical, and life safety systems while ensuring compliance with safety standards. Supported resident satisfaction through timely service, effective communication, and a proactive approach to property maintenance.
