Successfully manage day-to-day operations of my team, across multiple sites, throughout Pennsylvania and West Virginia

Coordinate landfill gas calls and meetings to review any new regulations, corporate initiatives, upcoming projects, and address any questions or concerns regarding gas operations
Attend inspections, on an as needed basis, with the Environmental Protection Agency, Department of Environmental Protection, and local government agencies to review records and conduct site evaluations
Work with contractors on new cell construction, gas collection installation, capping projects, and various other operational development plans
Contributed to strategic planning to guide decisions aligned with company sustainable vision and goals
Collaborated with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions regarding landfill surface emissions and data collection systems
Conducted regular performance evaluations for direct reports, identifying areas for improvement and setting development goals accordingly.
