• Responsibilities include, as part of the Executive team, management of the National program, representing 5 cities.
• This includes staff supervision for all cities, overseeing recruitment and admissions for the organization, creating and implementing program initiatives, advertising, social media, and marketing for the organization.
• Assisted in recruiting, hiring and training of team members.
• Facilitator for webinars and program sessions.

• Responsibilities included total oversight of a 27,000 square foot facility, which is the largest sports complex for women and girls in sports in the US ,on the Trinity Washington University campus.
• This included oversight of all programs, recruitment, sales, facility operations, fundraising , budget management, buying, and managing a team of 30.
• Hired and directed teams to achieve daily and long-term operations and business goals.
• Worked closely with organizational leadership and board of directors to strategically affect operational direction.

• Forged partnerships with 18 sites in the DC area to provide education about health and wellness to combat health disparities in marginalized communities.
• Responsibilities also included participation in the YWCA Mid‐Atlantic Strategic Planning Committee.

• Designed award winning wellness programs and designed a new fitness facility from design to opening.

• Responsibilities included total oversight of a 7000-membership base and total oversight of membership and marketing campaigns for two locations.
