As an Asset Recovery Specialist, I repossessed and liquidated properties, such as vehicles, equipment, and real estate, that resulted from defaulted loans, bankruptcies, and foreclosures. I performed skip tracing, coordinated with third-party agencies, ensured legal compliance, and negotiated payment plans. My core responsibilities were to minimize financial loss while maintaining empathy and following regulations.

I was responsible for answering emergency and business phone calls, assessing situations, and dispatching police, fire, and EMS units while providing crucial information to officers. I was expected to keep detailed records, remain calm under pressure, multitask, and have strong communication skills with the public and co-workers to coordinate responses and ensure public safety. Additionally, I had to maintain current knowledge of software and operating systems, pay strong attention to detail, and assist officers in preparing arrest cards and court disposition reports.

I handled the corporate phone account for AT&T. I set up service, did troubleshooting, and addressed any other customer concerns.
