Manage submittal process and RFIs. Communicate with Engineer and Architect to manage daily questions and issues on site.

Scheduler for Civil Infrastructure Division. Assist with creating bid schedules. Create and update cost and resource loaded baseline schedules for multi-million dollar water treatment plant projects ranging in scope from renovations to new construction. Perform Time Impact Analyses for delays and submit accompanying reports detailing the nature of the delay and the equitable time owed.

Performed takeoffs on On-Screen Takeoff for several commercial projects. Performed skin takeoffs on SketchUp. Contacted subcontractors regarding bids and to gauge interest in bidding. Used SmartBid to track bidding for several projects. Leveled bids to compare and make recommendations to supervisor.

Project Engineer on The Culver Studios and Van Buren design-build Parking Structure. Reviewed, packaged and submitted 31 submittals. Wrote 12 RFI's to the Architect or Structural Engineer. Maintained Submittal and RFI logs on Procore and CMiC. Used BIM 360 to mark-up and update drawings. Performed quality checks for materials and equipment delivered to the site. Recorded project minutes and created agenda for meetings.
