As a Cna I feel like it's important providing care for residents who require help with daily activities. My roll of being a cna bring Enjoyment in assisting and providing care.

An being understanding and empathetic to residents is a good approach it is so important in this line of work. And Recognizing the challenge for residents who are used to independence to ask for assistance. The golden rule of treating others as one wishes to be treated serves as a guiding principle for CNAs.
