I am a motivated and highly organized individual who currently serves as a dedicated Home Health Aide at a group home while passionately pursuing my dream of becoming a registered nurse through my studies at MCTC (Minneapolis Community Technical College). In my role, I am wholeheartedly committed to ensuring that residents receive their prescribed medications punctually, offering assistance with their daily living activities (ADLs), and facilitating beneficial range of motion (ROM) exercises. My work not only enriches my practical experience but also resonates with my vision of providing compassionate and skillful care as a future registered nurse.
