Accomplishments:
Currently, I am a mother of several children diagnosed with Autism and Apraxia over the past 15 years. Over the years I have been diligently involved in curating strategies, implementing supplemental strategies during Individualized Education Planning meetings. Tracking progress of children's multiple therapies and advocating for self and other community members during the course of reassessment and community resources for diagnosed and undiagnosed children.
Some of these strategies include reading up-to-date research articles on the importance of thyroid health during, before and after pregnancy. Additionally, some strategies have been implemented and aided in immense progress, to the tune of several children in gifted academic programs.
