Interior Superintendent of 2010 West End Building. West End is a 25-story upper scale apartment building in Midtown Nashville. Being that this property sits on a very busy West End Avenue made the coordination of deliveries and traffic a daily challenge. This job was being completed in the latter end of the Covid-19 era and receiving finishes and select products on time was also difficult.

Lead Interior Superintendent of St. Regis Building. 105 story building with 81 stories of condominiums. This building boasted some of the most high end finishes in the City of Chicago, which of course required extensive attention to quality. Built during the pandemic, posing challenges with receiving finishes and select products.

Interior Superintendent of Kenect Apartment Building in Midtown Nashville. I was asked to come down from Chicago to supervise the construction of the building's lobby and amenity spaces. Built in the beginning of the pandemic just like others, posed its challenges of delivering materials. Kenect boasted a enormous amenity terrace with a pool, barbeque areas, and multiple lounge areas. The building also offered a large gym, kitchen, and yoga rooms. The lobby of the building was larger than most with exposed steel catwalks, live foliage walls, and giant painted murals.

Also supervised the install of metal panels on the project. The metal panels encompassed close to 50% of the building.

Overseen the install of the window wall at Navy Pier's Sable Hotel. This job had approximately 500 window wall panels. The location of the building being erected on a pier posed many difficulties. Weights of the products being installed was a constant challenge as the pier could only withstand so much. The hotel consisted of 3 separate buildings all cold-formed framing.

Overseen the install of all windows at 740 Aberdeen building. This job was 12-story mid-rise in the very busy north side of Chicago. Approximately 500 punched opening windows, sections of window wall, and store front windows on the 1st floor. There were minor manufacturer issues that were found and had to be resolved with multiple visits to the manufacturer. During this project, I also overseen the window install of the facade at Navy Pier.

Documented and managed the erection of Performance Mock-up of a hybrid Window wall/Curtain wall system.

Managed the installation of 45K pieces of glass on a 100-story high rise.

Overseen 90 iron workers during install of the facade that was documented on Discovery Channel television show "Building Giants". The install of this facade took almost 2 years through the heat of summers and coldest of the Chicago winters being the building was located on the shore of Lake Michigan. At 1,200 ft, the weather is a factor all year long and safety is always first priority.

Webster Square was a 12-story Luxury Condominium Building. It posed a variety of difficulties with assisting in the Design/Build to the footprint being in an upper class established neighborhood of Lincoln Park and keeping good relationships with the neighbors.

Supervised the remodel of all guest rooms and suites along with 8 high end apartments at the top of the building.

Supervised the remodel of all units of this historic building built in 1897. 17 - story landmark building in the heart of Loop. It is in the national Register of Historic Places. It was renovated to apartments marketed to college students.
