Advised Executive Department of Defense policy-makers on emerging challenges in operational and strategic environment to shape decision-making for 500+ personnel including 200+ conducting combat operations and providing signals intelligence and cyber security advice to Department of Defense and their partners.

• Managed people initiatives to improve employee morale and empowerment. Developed and implemented onboarding, professional development programs, and facilitate sensing sessions which addressed organizational challenges in direct and transparent nature. These initiatives increased employee satisfaction and productivity.
• Revamped organizational performance recognition program for 500+ employees geographically separated across multiple foreign countries. Mentored organizational professionals on writing techniques by providing specific and pertinent feedback. Developed and implemented SOPs which improved award quality and timeliness by reducing re-work. Recognized during IG inspection as "gold standard" of award programs.
• Drove organizational wide restructuring to align organizational strategy with mission requirements. Implemented initiative to enhance utilization of job skillsets and emphasized leadership at every level. • Trained, mentored, assessed and certified military personnel on intelligence operations,, enabling combat operations in integrated, coalition and joint environment. Introduced robust and realistic training scenario which certified 50+ units and improved training across DoD.
• Primary trainer for unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV), intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) and information operations (IO) systems. Provided on-the-job training and continuous reach back support to DoD IC professionals deployed overseas.
• Led small team that developed, planned, scheduled and executed large-scale multi-million dollar exercises involving over 50 stakeholders, prepared DoD to meet challenges and enabled mission readiness.

Advised and provided guidance to senior leaders on military matters for 3000+ personnel. Provided oversight and planning for personnel conducting data collection, analysis and product reporting.

• Managed operations of Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility. Maintained personnel files, initiated personnel clearance investigations, visit requests and travel briefings. Commended by Regional Security Office as best organization during two inspections.
