This was a service we were replacing in the Point Place area, we heard some screaming coming from the neighboring house.  When we looked up we seen a women screaming with second degree burns on her hands, she pointed to her home and we jumped into action.  Grabbing fire bottles and first aid kits,  it was a grease fire in her kitchen, we were able to get the on fire pan out of the house and call 911 to get her medical attention.  Not one of us hesitated to jump into action its what we train for protect life and property.
