I was contracted to help in the Quality department. I reviewed documentation to ensure it was being done appropriately. I helped with billing in making sure the right codes were being billed for the right services. Originally I was meant to stay on for 3 months but ended up staying for 6 months. Covid hit and it was time for me to go.

• Monitored client progress and adjusted job coaching strategies to meet needs and navigate challenges.
• Cultivated strong relationships with community organizations and resources to provide additional support services for clients when needed.
