Summary

Teaching is my passion, whether it be students or adults. I believe all kids deserve to have the same opportunities to learn and should be equipped with the tools necessary that will allow them to reach their fullest potential. Additionally, I believe all teachers and support staff should be provided with multi-faceted opportunities to reach their full potential as educators. Solid instructional leadership, equity for all, differentiation for teachers based on need and years of experience, honesty, and integrity are strong qualities a great leader needs to possess to assist teachers in reaching their full potential.
