• Check-out drivers and oversee that trailers are empty when drivers’ check-out.
• Make sure copies of the paperwork and receipts are given to each driver.

• Process and handle returned items and write rain checks.
• Sort through returned items and place them back in their designated shelf.
• Assist customers with items to exchange.

• Provide customer service to customers ready to check-out with their items.
