After high school trained and worked as an audiologist assistant at what is now called Truman Medical Center(General Hospital). Left that position to attend Missouri University for 4 years, Followed by employment with the Missouri School District and later a 37 year position with the United States Post Service and the American Postal Workers Union, developed skills as a community activist.
Include time as a foster parent and a trainer for Associated Youth Service the agency which fostered juvenile offenders.
Have and continue to work in positions of service assisting people within the community. Helping to provide direction, information and advice.
Working to better life for others, working people, people who want a fresh start, children who want/need directions. Help to survive the hurdles life sometimes place before us.
