Owning A small business became more challenging during Covid. This business was an Old Fashioned Butcher Shop and Grocery store.During the shut down,I reached out to our 3,000 customer base via Text and an e mail marketing campaign. I designed an over the phone and web based ordering system and supplied all of our customers with their household needs.

The customers have since been serviced with all their grocery and custom cut and packaged meats over the phone or through e mail.

Speaking to customers,helping them and preparing their orders has been a pleasure for me, it has also increased our sales over 30%
