Started in speed lathe running several different types of machines. within 5 months after being hired on I moved up to a group 5 setting up those machines.

After a year and a half I became a lead in the 35 cell. I troubleshoot any problems that may arise. I work with several people in order to keep the cell moving and get parts out that are of Dema quality.
