Accomplishments

Atlanta Kids ENT was the start of my career in the medical field. Over the last nearly 20 years I have acquired experience in clinical and administrative aspects of the office.

One of my major accomplishments with Atlanta Kids ENT is playing a key role establishing The Kids Allergy Center from infancy to a full allergy center.

I created manuals and protocols that are used to manage and treat patients.

I also played a key role in establishing protocols in the daily operation in the front and back office.

In 2015, our office underwent a major change at which time I was responsible for hiring and training a brand new staff. I oversaw every aspect of the daily operations and created an environment where the staff and patients were comfortable and enjoyed coming into the office.
