With 21 years of being employed at Dothan City Schools in Dothan, AL, my professional journey has been characterized by continuous growth and a strong commitment to helping others. I thrived as a Speech-Language Pathologist for 14 years, utilizing my expertise to support students in their communication development. In the past 7 years, I transitioned into the role of an Early Intervention Case Manager at Dothan City Early Education Center and Head Start Preschool Center, excelling in coordinating referral meetings with Early Intervention Coordinators, parents, school district psychometrists, administrators, and special education teachers. Alongside this vital responsibility, I also assess students who have been refrred for suspected disabilities. My unwavering dedication to empowering young learners and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams consistently drove positive outcomes throughout my career.
