As a results-driven professional with a Bachelor’s degree in Communications and an MBA, I am committed to leveraging my strong interpersonal skills and strategic business acumen to transition into enterprise technology roles within a business in technology. My background in claims analysis, risk management, and stakeholder communication provides a solid foundation to understand both business needs and operational challenges. I am currently pursuing a Cloud Computing certification with a focus on cloud infrastructure, AWS Solutions Architect concepts, AWS S3, and related technologies, strengthening my technical proficiency in AWS. In addition, I am building capability with Terraform, WireShark, and GitLab to support repeatable infrastructure, automation, and reliable deployment workflows, which align directly with process improvement and operational excellence. With a continuous improvement mindset, strong problem-solving and analytical skills, and a track record of supporting end-to-end process analysis and project execution, I’m prepared to apply these skills in a Process Analyst/Process Engineer capacity.
