AAU Head Basketball coach

Over the past five years, I have been actively coaching on the AAU basketball circuit. Initially, I focused on coaching boys’ teams, but I transitioned to coaching girls’ teams and have been doing so ever since. My coaching philosophy emphasizes the development of both team and individual skills. I incorporate skill-based training sessions and tournament play into my coaching regimen to foster confidence and enhance players’ abilities, ultimately promoting healthy basketball play.
