IT Specialist (PLCPLN)
7 Years 7 Months- Advisor to Communications Flight (CF) Commander for organizational programs designed to maintain oversight to health of all assigned airmen and their areas of responsibilities and Self-Assessment Program Manager (SAPM).
- Provide leadership and management by providing advisement regarding policies, procedures, and assigned programs of responsibilities.
- Work independently to provides support for various compliance applications keeping real time progress and statistics in order to keep pulse of functionality afloat.
- Produce and keep relevant appropriate training and Unit Training Manager (UTM) through evaluations, visits for all assigned airmen and equipment used to support their mission.
- Report status of training, evaluations, inspections, trend analysis monthly to CF Commander.
- Supervise and manage Quality Assurance representatives, evaluators and wing inspection team (WIT) members encompassing all CF programs.
- Representative for CF on both Wing Diversity Council and Mentorship Committee.
