This job consisted of on- call pagers with COVID response. I was in charge of taking in information related to COVID and or job injuries and quarantines and entering in data as well as sending updated emails to employers regarding these calls. My duty was to keep the nurses updated and continuously learning all new protocols for each company and making sure each employee was adequately advised.

• Answered multi-line phone system, routing calls, delivering messages to staff and greeting visitors.
• Executed record filing system to improve document organization and management.
• Scheduled office meetings and client appointments for staff teams.
• Sorted and distributed office mail and recorded incoming shipments for corporate records.
• Handled client correspondence and tracked records to foster office efficiency.

• Worked with POS system to place orders, manage bills and handle complimentary items.
• Explained menu items and suggested appropriate options for food allergy concerns.
• Bussed and reset tables to keep dining room and work areas clean.
• Kept register accurate through correct billing, payment processing and cash management practices.
• Used slow periods to restock supplies, ice, trays and delivery bags.
