Being part of the HR team,I have developed dashboards and reports to visualize HR metrics, key performance indicators (KPIs), along with leveraging data-driven insights to forecast future workforce needs,collaborated with HR leadership, BU stakeholders to identify high-performing employees,opportunities for improvement, designed personalized learning and development programs, developed data-informed interventions to enhance the recruitment process, sourcing strategies, candidate screening, closely kept tabs on employee satisfaction, retention, and performance, among other things.
As I embark on this exciting transition, to explore the limitless possibilities at the intersection of HR and data science,my goal is to seamlessly blend my HR expertise, apply my analytical skills, statistical knowledge, & programming proficiency to the world of data analytics & machine learning, to foster a data-directed culture that empowers organizations to thrive in the ever-evolving landscape.
