Monitoring and maintaining electronic data exchange and support of continuous process within the Data Operations Department.

Monitor data transfer - Import & Export, scheduled tasks and import discrepancy logs.

Identify any issues in the EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) process.

Work with business partners to resolve those issues, Create and manage cases to track and document the issue and resolution process.

Monitor and maintain time-sensitive EDI of Pharmacy (RX) benefits data, including but not limited to Error Log Review and investigation/

• Continual protection of sensitive member=related data through the use of secure email systems, SFTP file delivery/retrieval and other methods of data encryption following HIPA guidelines at all times.

• Quality Assurrance Department. Testing and writing procedures to ensure our Iterations we send out to our Corporate Action Customers are accurate for the latest Software Iterations
• Managed high-stress situations effectively, maintaining professionalism under pressure while resolving disputes or conflicts for the Trust Department.
