Accomplishments

National Implementation & Customer Success
For 11 months, I led a full scale implementation for a national hospital chain from creating the plan, to negotiating vendor contracts, to ensuring full customer success. Not only did we successfully meet our goals, timelines and budget for this project, because it was so successful, this project was replicated for three other facilities spearheading opportunities with all facilities nationwide.

Partnership Retention
After my success building a CRM system which increased internal sales, I was solely handed the responsibility of our partnership. Using a modified version of the CRM I created, I was able to not only meet quarterly quotas, but I surpassed our annual quota before the fourth quarter in 7 months which resulted in company cash bonuses and additional testing equipment for our technicians.
