My level of knowledge and expertise in the service and restaurant industries are skilled and refined. I have worked in every FOH position in the F&B side of business as well as basic management in retail. Although I have managed and supervised many different businesses, my skills really took off at Pecan Plantation Country Club. While I manage over 60+ staff members and 4+ restaurants simultaneously. I also code and build the computer systems that we use. I schedule, help payroll, do time adjustments, co-manage events with our event coordinator, and make sure everyone is satisfied with our service. I feel as though I can positively lead people to do their best job possible and still be happy in their work environment.
