- My current responsibilities at this job are similar to my other previous work. The main difference here is that this location's original intent was to train me as a manager. Managers must be tightly focused on delivering excellent shifts. Shifts here tend to have 30+ people to delegate and manage the tasks for others. My other responsibilities required to control and maintain situation. This entails de-escalating situations and maintaining a healthy boundary with the customers and employees. Another of my responsibility is to open and prepare the store which requires me to be at work at four in the morning.
