  • Sorting through applications and sourcing the candidates that are best suited for the hiring needs

  • Pulling daily reporting and ensuring that all payroll is correct and submitted on time

  • If team members do go into compliance I have conversations with them and explain the policies to them to make sure that they are taking timely breaks
  • Helping employees navigate the leave process using Leave Pro, ensuring that they have submitted the required paperwork
  • Completing team member terminations as needed and ensuring that they are in the system on time
  • Consistently staying informed on all of Target's policies and keeping my team informed on any changes
