Territory Representative – Institutional, Ecolab Inc., Lake Tahoe District

  • Manage a multi-account institutional territory supporting distributor-driven business across Northern California.
  • Collaborate with distributor sales representatives, managers, and operators to drive solution adoption, enhance account retention, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Influence distributor engagement through joint calls, site visits, and follow-ups aligned with district and company objectives.
  • Lead customer revisits and on-site meetings to address operational needs, service consistency, and strengthen relationships.
  • Work closely with District Manager Christopher Casper and SSDM partners to support district initiatives and execution standards.
