- Set challenging goals for company performance, growth, and profitability
- Provide strategic reporting that outlines company goals
- Establish and maintain strategic relationships with vendors to guarantee a smooth operating workflow
- Execute business plans and strategies
- Manage expenses and implement tactical procedures to combat losses and reduce expenses
- Collectively conducts performance evaluations and provides one-on-one guidance and mentorship
