Responsibilities include coordinating and scheduling wound care appointments for both admitted and non-admitted patients. Maintain clear and timely communication with inpatient staff and physicians to ensure appropriate scheduling and coordination of post-operative patient care. Manage inbound and outbound calls, as well as secure messaging, to facilitate patient care and operational efficiency. Review and approve referrals and submit required documentation for graft authorization. Order, receive, track, and store grafts in a timely and compliant manner. Order, manage, and maintain wound care supplies and inventory. Prepare examination rooms and assist patients during rooming. Perform wound preparation by undressing and cleansing wounds to support nurses and physicians in developing effective treatment plans. Set up and prepare Misonix equipment for wound treatment procedures.

• Assist elderly patients with ADL'S
• Med prep, showers and or bathing
• Dressing, feeding, charting and reporting any changes of mental or physical health

• Assist TBI, stroke patients with ADL's

• Collect urine and stool samples
• Provide safety
• Monitor and record patient daily activities: report any mental or physical changes to registered nurse
• Monitor and record intake /output
• Assist patients with ADL's

• Providing pre and post- operative care
• Documenting intake and output
• Assisting patients to and from restroom
• Collecting stool and urine samples
• Assisting patient with ADL'S as needed

• Working with residents to maintain a home like environment
• Providing safety to residents by following all policies
• Assist residents with feeding, bathing, and dressing
• Vital signs and measurements taken
• Documenting intake and output, also reporting any abnormal changes immediately to licensed
