If i run into an issue I use a range of training methods, to find the answers, I understand the purpose, objectives and procedures of the work i am given. I have a fundamental functional knowledge of my position. When an Issues comes up that I cannot find the answer I seek out IRM, OJI or Lead to get help, If see any team member with same workload or Issue I will let them know. When work in my drawer gets low, I let the clerk know and I am never out of work. I work efficiently to get work out timely, so it doesn't cause our aged to go up. V.
