· Continuous encourage and enforce safe practices by addressing both safe behaviors and condition. Engage is safety discussions by participating in the Joint Health and Safety Committee. Inspection of fire extinguisher, pest control devices and first aid kits.

· Support SQF and HACCP activities in their quest to implement processes improvements which put the facility in compliance with current regulation.

· Work with Sales and Plant Manager in developing mold specifications. Coordinate the shipment and return of molds.

· Develop and implement standard operating procedures are followed to ensure quality bottles are produced effectively.

· Plan for manpower, materials, machine and maintenance requirements necessary to perform Production demands; implement, evaluate and improve cost control methods for manpower and machine use; evaluate performance and attendance of staff and make the necessary adjustments and provisions for coverage as needed.

· Execute Production schedule; review and adjust where needed and in communication with the Operations. Submit daily production, efficiencies and scrap to the Inventory Manager and the Plant Manager.

· Plan and monitor attendance of temporary staff. Assist in Orientation training of full-time employees as well as temporary staff. Submit weekly summary of time sheets for all temporary staff to the Operations Manager.

· Assist Plant Manager with disciplinary actions involving Production employees. Manage disciplinary actions of temporary staff.
